Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American performer and actress. She's best known as a actor in the theatre and also for her role as Chelsea Daniels from the Disney Channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol was born in Holland, and is a resident of Holland ever from the time she was born. She is a Dutch American vocalist, actress with a Dutch accent.
